Advanced Server ConfigurationsSEC2 Introduces a new set of server options which you can configure.
We say thanks to
Fred.cpp and
Eau Phreeze for this technology.
Here we will describe the currently available in SEC2 2.1.0.
In order to use these settings, you need to add a New Section to your ServerOptions.txt file: [SEC2]
But on Terrorist Takedown 2 ServerOptions.txt file, it's already added.
Here is the list of each option, the default value, possible values, and what it does.

ReservedPlayers=0- This is the number of Player Slots that are reserved for Reserved Players.
ReservedPlayersCustomMessage=Remains only Reserved users free slots- When a not reserved player tries to join a server that has no more free slots and remains only reserved slots, this message will be displayed.
However you can modify the message as you wish.
WhiteListMode=0- When this this is set to 1, only players added to WhiteList can join the server. It's a some kind of reversed Ban System.
WhiteListCustomMessage=You are not in This Server's WhiteList- When a Server is running in WhiteListMode, and a non-whitelisted players tries to join, they will get this message.
On Terrorist Takedown 2 it's not an added option but you can add it. However you can modify the message as you wish.
AllowSlayAdmins=1- When set to 0, scmd users can't slay other scmd users.
AllowVotesWithAdmin=1- When set to 0, non scmd users can't call votes when an scmd user is logged in.
ConnectionTimeout=120- After a player client stops communication, it gets kicked after this number of seconds, for example when you remains on desktop out of game (Alt Tab).
However you can modify the number of seconds as you wish.
UsePingChecks=0- If set to 1, the server will constantly verify players ping and kick them If they exceed the following settings.
NumPingSamples=5- This is the number of ping samples used to calculate average values.
PingSampleInterval=15- How may seconds between each ping sample.
MaxPing=0- What's the maximum allowed ping Value? Usually you can use 300-350 as the maximum.
MaxAvgPing=0- Maximum average ping for kicking a player.
MaxPingVariance=0- Maximum variance to kick a player.
MaxPingWarnings=3- How many warnings for high ping before kicking a player.
